Ferrari Mondial T – Rosso Corsa – 1991
The 1991 Ferrari Mondial T is the final and most technically advanced evolution of the Mondial series. Finished in Rosso Corsa with a black leather interior, this 2+2 coupe combines practicality with updated Ferrari performance. The "T" refers to its transverse gearbox paired with a longitudinally mounted engine – a layout shared with the 348.
Powered by a 3.4-liter V8 producing 300 hp, mated to a five-speed manual gearbox, the Mondial T accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in about 5.6 seconds, with a top speed of 255 km/h. This setup improved handling, lowered the center of gravity and made the car significantly more dynamic to drive.
Visually, it retains the clean lines of the 3.2, but features refined updates to the front fascia, tail lights and air intakes. The chassis is stiffer and the suspension was completely redesigned, incorporating electronic dampers and hydraulic power steering.
Inside, the cabin is sporty yet refined, with leather upholstery, air conditioning, classic gauges and space for four. The Mondial T is practical, reliable and well-suited for long journeys.
Today, the Mondial T is regarded as the best and most refined of the series. In Rosso Corsa, it blends elegance, performance and usability – a truly underrated Ferrari with real character.
