In 1985, Lamborghini wanted to replace the Countach, sold since 1975. It is designed by Marcello Gandini of Bertone. As Lamborghini belonged to Chrysler at that time, the plans were slightly revised by its own designers, which explains the delay between the initial design and the release of the car in 1990. There were 9 different versions of the Diablo. The one we present to you, is part of the The first (1990 – 1994). The Lamborghini Diablo was produced in 3,000 copies between 1990 and 2001.
